Torsion Bar Question?

    alright guys havent been on her for yonks due to a big smash up but just wondering if anyone can give me the exact clicks or whatever you measure the torsion by for lowering if i wanted it down 40mm

    you dont do it by clicks this will not give an accurate right height and can also damage the bearings, firstly measure the distance from bottom of car to the marking on the suspension arm behind the rear hub (normally 25cm). next you remove the torsion bars out completely and then you lift the arm up 40mm (if first measurement was 25cm then lift it till its at 21cm) with the arms up to the new measurement you then put the torsion bars back in.
