To cage or not to cage!?

I really like the look of a full roll cage, and was considering the fe45 10 point bolt in omp cage. They do look like a really good peice of kit, but im worried about the 30kg's of extra weight it will add to my car. Im quite unsure what to do, as it will make the car handle alot better and give me added stability. But surely it will make the car quite a fair bit slower, as it would be like putting the interior back in??

Can people please give me there views and advice on this subject and help me to decide what to do. Also any pics of full cages in there cars

Tbh, I think with the power yours should be putting out 30kg isnt going to make the same amount of difference it would on a standard VTS.

i know what you mean as you want all weight out but the cornering is so much better withone and as said in there, one in the rear gives some weight back in at the rear again. plastic windows with cancel it back out again
