cylinder head, oil temp. and pressure

   hi,i want to install the autometer cylinder head temperature gauge but i dont know the parameters to work with, and also the oil pressure and temperature parameters. (low, normal,high)
   can you help me?????????
   citroen saxo 1.6vtr c.r. 8:1 turbo working with 1 bar.
