   my mate did it on his old fezzy shitter, sounded quite good for a laugh, but dont think it will have the same effect on yours, (cheapo! )

   and you still have the old airbox? an enclosed filter will probs sound better tbh.

    in that case if your not bothered about performace the your better off getting a cone filter, you can get a cheap one from Halfords, etc... for about £20. i wouldnt drill your air box or put tights over it
