stuck torsion bars

   iv lowerd the front of my car but when iv tried to lower the back. i cant get the torsion bar out. iv had it in a garage n they cant get em out either any suggestions...

   heat on a very stuck torsion bar..

   yeah apply some heat and then use a 7lb lump hammer and bar works a treat

   iv tried using a slid hammer n it just ripped the thread

   were about shall i heat it up coz the fuel lines pritty close
