I really dont no wat is the best step to realise more power that isnt going to blow up the bank, the car at the minute has a powerflow echaust and BMC induction kit but where do i go next that is the best for money?

Get a manifold next and they are cheap enough.

Cheers, ive been lokking at manifolds for ages now and was about to buy one until i stupidly found a watch that i liked which set me back £650! Dont ask cos looking at it now i could have done so much to the car lol! Theres so many different many's so what iis the best guy's?

Without any other internal mods i'd be looking at a 4-2-1 manifold. Raceland if you are on a budget or have just bought an expensive watch..
Supersprint if you want maximum performance and like your bolt on mods to be really well made and last

Idealy i want a manifold that is striaght forward and i dnt have to change the oil filter just bolt on, which one is the best for that?
