Non "E" Marked Bulbs

   Want to upgrade my headlight bulbs and have come across these:

   It says that they aren't road legal, so what problems could this cause if fitted to a road vehicle?
   i.e would it be rely that obvious to a police car that happens to drive past you that the bulbs arent ment for road use? Also would this be picked up on in an MOT?
   
   Also has anybody else used these or similar bulbs?
   
   Advice needed.

   Yeah it could/should be picked up on your MOT, and i wouldn't run the risk of it to be honest.
   
   Check out www.rimstyle.com - they have some H1 (bright white) road legal bulbs
