4-2-1 manifold

    rite im thinking of gettin a 4-2-1 manifold not sure which type yet but what do you do with the 2 sensors. mines a vtr with cat uder manifold... will lights come on on dashboard??

    yeah unless get a sports cat manifold, also fail mot if take cat out

    GMC do a extremely good manifold specifically for your engine. If you tell them what your after they will sell you it and all; the parts you need to fit it. There also great value parts. You can get cheaper parts but most tend to be poor at best and you still often have to get other parts to fit them.

    ok do ou know how much they cost all i want is a 4-2-1 manifold but dont want the hassle of not going through its mot so thats why i mite get a sports cat on manifold..

    Get the sport cat after the manifold or there is no much point getting one. GMC sell BTB 4-1 and not 4-2-1. But saying that I would not worry about it what format the exhaust is as really its just a lode of shit people talk about. You can make both ways work well and both ways work shit. As for price give GMC a call.

    I would go for a performance manifold and fit the Cat (if you really want one) in the exhaust like earlier models had.
