   4-2-1 manifolds give a more even distribution of power and a better power curve over the 4-1. A decent centre section by a top brand, supersprint,omp,abp magnex, magnex etc will all be good choices. Back box I would say isnt too important, its the choices before that are,so get one you like but not some huge universal 6" jap can because you will ruin back pressure.
