spraying my vtr wheels black

   tomorrow me and my mate will be spraying my vtr wheels black, just wondering whats the best method to do this and how will i get the best finish possible, im after a shiny black realy! whats best way to prep them and spray them? Any help would be greatly appreciated cheers
