quite serious clutch problem

   i think its my clutch anyway. all of a sudden about 10 mins, ago car started making whirring noises when accelerating, as if the clutch was down aswell as accelerating, when clutch was up. im guessing its jammed and isnt releasing or something. any ideas and will i probably need a new clutch? rep will be given

   not sure i press the clutch down change gear and it grinds/whirs before it starts accelerating and even then its really slow. gonna get a black diamond clutch any idea how much a garage will charge or if it could be a DIY job?

   Are you stuck in gear!? The the pressure plate is fucked, you may have snapped some springs out... I did this 2 five clutches
