Squeak Is Back!

   yes my shitty squeaking front passenger wheel is back
   
   i changed disc, it stopped for a week
   
   i changed pads, it stopped for a week
   
   i copper greased everything i could, it stopped for a week
   
   it wasnt bad at trax but is now back
   
   with all the above ruled out, cant think what else it can be
   
   it stops when i brake, im going to hack car up to tonight and check if theres any play in the wheel, done this a few times but no harm in doin it again lol
   
   cleaned all calipers out, i spoke to garage and he said it could just be a build up of brake dust but if i clean car il get pressure washer and blast it all on caliper then after grease it back up
   
   its not a sticky caliper cos its been on the machine at local garage to see if thats the case but stil nothing
   
   one side of the disc has also worn down more than the other, noticed this when i changed disc also scott pointed out at fcs...
   
   its had re driveshaft, bottom arm and drop links in the last year, cant see that causing anything but just to mention anyway
   
   any ideas?

   You tried changing the calipers? Sounds like it is a brake related problem, as it has dissapeared after making changes

   i havent changed them yet, not at home so not got time to get new caliper yet want to see if there is anything else i can check before gettin caliper
   
   it did stop for 2 weeks and was pretty much non existant at trax

   mine used to squeek abit before i had the wheel bearing done,it stopped after that like

   i know its something to do with brakes as its stopped every time i dont need an idiot with a 1400 who really really deep down wants a vts james bristol!! !!one one oneone11111

    put standards on for a day and see if it goes.

    If youve changed the wheel recently
    Maybe the wheel isnt on straight, so therefore it sqeaks when the wheel goes round in a certain place. If that makes sense.

    wheel has been off plenty, its not the wheel i know that 100% would stil squeak when breaking if it was the wheel

    my brakes make a reall high pitched squeal under moderate braking fine under heavy braking! gets on my nerves think its due to the wanky pads ive got

    Mine do it too with mintex pads. Does my head in, sounds like spiders dancing on ice imo.

    luke - not really solving anythere there are me, swap one annoying noise with another
    
    would wheel aligment cause squeaking? i stil cant see that stopping when i brake

    Make sure your wheels are on straight, pads on properly...

    Mine done it, got the wheel allignmen done and it was fine.

    no probs mate, just it annoys me and it doesnt, when its hot and you have windows down it just sounds shit, when windows are up its all good

    gona get some brake cleaner after talking to dave of the camp and give it a good clean see if that does anything

    its your arches !! they are to clean -no dirt for sound deadening tbh !!
