#2I voted GTi Leather... Looks comfortable
-
#3pics of car....?
-
#4i voted buckets, always in better condition, and least you can get racing look and feel, not old leather thats never perfect.
-
#5just a icelandic grey with standard interior
-
#6gti seats with harnesses, thats what cool folk do
-
#7k well if you get buckets will it be stripped?
-
#9gti leather ftw
-
#10nah it wont b striped, need to keep ICE hidden in boot. u think it wil luk odd wiv buckets un-striped, lukin to smarten the inside up a bit and add some comfort against the joys of bein 50mm lower than standard
-
#11in my opinion depends on the look u are going for. if u got a stripped out slag then get buckets. if u drive like a crazy man on steriods then buckets to hold u in. though i think gti seats in good condition win all time. they look classy yet standard. and cheap, if u get buckets and leave ur rears in they wont match unless u get the rear seats retrimmed. most buckets i think arent that nice. expensive ones however in the finest cow with rear seats timmed in a small herd too look amazing and will impress twice as many people. soo since ur being subtle then gti seats (with standard seat belts)???
-
#12the people have spoken lol.
after sitting in buckets sunday day i hated it, was really upset cos ive always wanted some but itjust felt strange. -
#14hahahahahaha finest cow lolQuote:expensive ones however in the finest cow with rear seats timmed in a small herd too look amazing
erm, not goin striped and dnt use steriods... jus lukin for a bita class
so i spose that sways leather, ya fink buckets and a vtr rear bench wud look odd then?

-

#20looks good, supose if you want rear seats still, re-trim is a must
-
#21thats got the rears re-trimmed tho wud b mega bucks for that, mite jus hold out for leather altho theres a nice pair of cobra clubmans on the bay for £100
-
#22baz ur a babe !
-
#23i see theres a fire extinguisher (cant spell) just incase his finest cow goes up flames lol
-
#24I think i'd go for the gti leather too
-
#25lol what u going to do??? (best choose b4 ur car gets stolen gangsta shottingham! jokin :s)
-
#26haha, u know what its been broken into already, ma whole summer pissing around with insurance companies and garages repairin stuff, 3 months of hassle. i reli shuda done like a progress thingy on it. this is why im afta new seats cus when they smashed ma window everything got soaked when it was wet and windy.
-
#27bastards!!!! excause the french. did they nick owt?
-
#28depends on car style and what your after.
me personnally, fixed buckets ftw. -
#29Disagree Bazza. You can get very comfy reclining road buckets and still keep the rear seats just as long as you get nice ones that match:Quote:''buckets are for slagged cars IMO'' i sorta thort the same, but then u get recaros and stuff in some hot hatch's that luks alrate. hmmmmmmm.
-
#30what buckets have you got saxo180 they do look swish
do they hold you in well so ur not sliding around at corners...?
and super moo, they nicked all my ICE sub hed unit amp etc, and ma parcel shelf FOOOOOOOOOOLS grrr got replacement ICE from insurance company tho kenwood and alpine, luverly hehe -
#32They are Sparco Tourino IIs. Just got a single fixed back Corbeau seat in the car now as it's totally stripped out.
Different styles for you -
#33craigs car looked like royalty with red carpet.
-
#35Cobra Daytonas are reclinable and arent too pricey or get some like craigs Tourino's. Can still get comfy fast road buckets mate.
-
#36gti leather all the way! i had bucket seat in my corsa and they were very comfy but didnt really go with the back seats. needs to be stripped imo!
-
#37106 gti leather/alcantara for me everytime
-
#38do what ive done.
leather buckets.
Retrimmed rears.
Check my progress thread for photos -
#39how much it cost to re-trim standard rear seats?
-
#40Craig you gotta stop posting that pic of the Torino IIs, makes me wanna cry.
Ad, if you got some blac/alcantara buckets you could get a 106gti leather rear bench to match it, loads of 106's strip there back seats out and just keep the leather front seats
-
#41I had my original seats leathered but the front seats are a little tatty now. So I've been looking for a pair of recliners, I don't think the GTI leather would really suit my car, though they do look nice in some of the progress threads I've had a look at fair play
-
#42good idea mystic, will see wot pops up, cheers for everyones input.
-
#44106 gti leather interior if its in good nick!
