GMC Piper 4-1

   Right I got the bracket on my piper relocated as advised by GMC Motorsport but it turns out the manifold isn't such a straight fit as I was told by them
   It seems to be touching the oil filter housing (metal/steel) part:
   
   
   
   Can this be sliced? how thick is it? Rep Given

   i thort the oil filter had to be relocated when using the piper/gmc manifold??

   I purchased the manifold that didn't need it, or so I was told

   my gmc 4-1 was a shit fit aswel but didnt touch to filter just put the exhaust under the car out of line

   What you mean outta line? Any shed any light on if I can shave some metal off the filter holder thingy??

   Its not touching the black part of the oil filter it's the alloy bit it sits in. I have emailed GMC so am awaiting a reply

   you may aswell phone GMC mate, you will get a much quicker answer

   Iv emailed as im at work and it's easier for me. I had it fitted professionally by a well known local company CPL Racing. They did what they could to get it on. Im going to get a better picture for GMC to view over the weekend. But im still very very unhappy. It's the first primary thats just touching against it. But it will cause problems later down the line.

    well when i emailed GMC i didnt get a reply for at least 2 weeks mate, just letting you know, its much easier to ring up and the lads are great help there

    Yea I have had two replies today alreadly so they are taking it all on board, im just seriously pissed off. Going to get someone I know to take a look as a second opinion
