Tyres for VTR alloys

  1. #1
Think this is the right section. Need to replace all my tyes on the VTR rims, which are 185/55/R14's. Can anyone reccomend me some rubber? Ive had Firestone Firehawk 700s on em upto now, they handled very well in the dry but when the rain came down they were a bit shite.

I want good tyres but i dont want to be paying stupid amounts per tyre, eg not shitty Nankangs but not Continentals either

    Cheers

Sounds good to me. How long did they actually take to come? Says a week but cars at the MOT centre impounded right now so need them to come asap.

It failed on emmisions and on a dodgily fitted driveshaft which takes the piss i only got it done last weekend.

I get my tyres from them too Bullit. IIRC, I paid £176 for 4 T1-R tyres. Including VAT and delivery. I think that's exceptional as they last ages under normal driving conditions.

There's some called "parada's" that alot of people recomend. Quite cheap aswell iirc. I think thats what they are called anyway.
