   hey i am wondering how much it goin to cost to lower my saxo?rite now its sitting like a bloody tractor!!so if anyone can help it will b much appreaciated

   covered daily mate, depends on quality of springs, labour costs, all sorts...
   
   from a garage you're looking around £130-£170 mate

   most people have told me 2 steer well clear of the splines method when lowering the rear is this the right move?

   if you mean lowering it by notches on the torsion bar then yeah

   yeah, get the torsion bar done and not the notches.
   also, if going lower than 40mm a full kit would be a wise move.
