#5Usually you get what you pay for, a manifold for that price which is made by an unknown company must be shite
I would go down Manic Motors and get one of them, £190 fitted -

manic motors dont do them for that price for a mk2 vtr as on the 01 models the oil filter get in the way -
#7go to www.kam-racing.com .. the raceland manifold is good!
-
#8i got 1 of them on my mk2 but u need 2 fit a metal oil filter
-
#9chris at manic motor s does raceland manifold supplied and fitted for £190 mat eworth it if ya ask me or hold out and get asupersprint or gmc
-
#10That one in the ebay add is a raceland hottuning is a stockist supplier of raceland manifolds and they are good and get good gains but are not the best design or the best stainless quality however the welding is good just stainless is thin
-
#11yeah but the only thing is if i get a raceland 1 on my model vtr it will touch the oil filter so therefore i would have to relocate it and i dont want 2
-
#12ive got a raceland manifold and havent had any problems with it had it for over a year now
-
#13you could purchase a supersprint which would be fine. Better made too.Quote:yeah but the only thing is if i get a raceland 1 on my model vtr it will touch the oil filter so therefore i would have to relocate it and i dont want 2
you don't need to relocate the oilfilter to a remote system with the Raceland. Thats expensive and un-necessary. Just fit the mk1 oil filter and thread and use an M10 tap to block another hole. Approx £20 parts tops.
there is a full guide on here somewhere
