Whats the best zorst to buy?manifolds

   Ive got 4 inch backbox, but want to replace the rest of the zorst system to s/s, whats the best zorst avaiable?which zorst gives the best power gains?
   
   Another question.Im not sure which is the the best manifold to buy for a mark2 vtr. Which is the best manifold to give me good power gains.what sort of power gains will you get from a manifold?My car aint too modded,just has a has induction kit,plus backbox.
   
   what do you guys think of the ecotech valves?does any one have 1, and do they make diference, to the petrol consumption, and performance?

   ecotek valves suck farts, it doesnt work.
   
   The best exhaust you can buy (proven) that will give best power gains is the BTB/GMC exhuast and manifold.
   
   An aftermarket manifold should give you the same performance as a full exhaust system, so say you gain 4bhp from the system you could be looking at another 4 from the manifold.
   
   Best stainless steel one for a vtr for me would be the stainless steel one from GMC this one also means you do not ahve to relocate the oil filter on the mk2

   Or Supersprint/Milltek (same thing) if you dont want one that hangs quite so low.GMC's can cause probs if your cars slammed
