engine conversion question

   can anyone tell me all the legal stuff and what has to be done and declared if you do an engine conversion. am thinkin of doing an r to s one. any answers would be cool.

   You will need to inform dvla and your insurance company insurance will go up as its 7 insurance groups higher for a vts over a vtr hope this helps.

   Group 7 to 13 is a hike so try and get a quote before they fond out to save your asshole dude, wont be pleasant as they could even invalidate your insurance (possibly without telling you, has been done before so 'nuff said)
