A hole in the bottom end?? If its the block, get a new block. If its the sump, replace the sump or braze it. Find out exactly where the hole is, post apic if necessary and we'll be able to advise.

could be the oil pressure switch or oil level sensor has been left out.

there a hudge hole got told its dropped a rod or somethin
  7. #7
shit, time for a new short block or whole engine.

How did that happen? You need to seriously abuse a VTS engine to make it throw a rod.

Id go with the new engine tbh, to make a TU engine drop a rod takes some abuse,so chances are the rest of the engine is going to be shagged.

No oil for about 40 miles might do it LOL As above, you really need to hammer a 16v bottom end to kill it, they are WAY over-engineered as standard.

    Wasnt me haha.

Bit daft buying a cunted engine. use the crank and block from your vtr, but youll need to drill and tap it for the cambelt idler. The rods and pistons are different, so youll need to get VTS ones. I know a guy who has a set if youre interested.

this guy just pmed me telling me its my old saxo, must of been well hammerd fot the bottom end to go

it was hardly driven since it was brought as the kiddy had 3 cars and not actually driven proper hard i got it for a bargain tho

im not using the block from my perfectly good vtr spent to much money on it and its mint
  16. #16
well youll need to find a short then, or find another block, then drill and tap it, then find rods and pistons, and hope that the crank in your existing cunted VTS engine isnt scored or ovalled. if its thrown a rod, it probably is fucked.
