I have a spax kit with the adjustable dampers and it's ok for the money, just gives quite a harsh ride! But if you can put up with the ride then they seem fine!

cheers steve yeah i dont mind the ride being a bit stiff, i had a 1.1 quite a while back which i lowered 45mm and back to match(it actually sat a bit lower) but thought id go for the whole kit this time just trying to decide which 1 2 go for really. im not 2 fussed about ajustables, id rather just have them installed and leave them really

its not about the ride being stiff its about its ability to dampen the bumps. Spax springs are rubbish in my experience. If you absolutely have to buy now get some very high quality springs and save up for dampers later

I have a spax full suspension kit, very good value for money imo. I don't think the ride is too bad tbh.

ps. is it the 40mm kit you got? did it make much difference to the height handling? i want it to look fairly low but manage to get over speedbumps and that alreet

I got mine direct from spax, was £175. Was 60mm drop psx adjustable front.

40mm is a good height in my opinion. 60 looks great but would be too low for me, even down 40 I catch my exhuast on the occasional bump.
