Took my locking pins out today...

   Took the passenger side locking pins out- i cut the wire and put a cork in the end- but now the door wont open and messed up the locking system of the car. When i unlock it i have to open the door really quick before the locking noise stops on central locking and then when the doors are open it makes the noise as if im opening it up again. Wondering what could have gone wrong. Jack

   ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, when you open the door quickly b4 it relocks do the doors then spaz out openin and closing??? i had this problem on ma VTR aint a clue wtf was goin on. so it may not b to do wiv taming the locking pins out, may be somet uve nudged?!?!?!?

   what wire did you cut?
   
   the whole pin will come out without cutting anything. it may be that the part that you have cut it getting jammed on something and re-locking the door?
   
   idealy you need to remove the whole pin
