Cam followers vs rollers

   Hi all, i have a balck top vrt with a piper high lift cam. would i be able to fit the rollers from the silver top? instead of my followers?

   i forgot to say, i fitted them in and ajusted the distances. but it had a lumpy idle, but wen the car got goin it went well. so i was a bit confused? can anyone help??
