#2I have this kit on mine and I thinks its pretty good, the ride is pretty hard over bumpy roads but on normal A-roads its fairly close to standard. There are better kits out there but obviously cost more, but for the money I dont think you can go wrong.
-
#3is it hard enough to drive you mad or is it ok. done a search and a few people have said they are ok. do you have to have your torsion bar lowered aswell?
-
#4Its not too hard but if your lowering your car its always going to produce a harder ride due the the smaller stiffer springs, my torsion bar is lowered to match the front but beware of torsion bars seizing as mine was and thats when it gets expensive
-
#5how much was your kit and how much u pay for fitting?
-
#6i also have this kit and i like it alot.
is relativly hard (mine is set on 10 clicks front + rear, out of 20), and i use my car everyday, ranging from long motorway trips to short country blasts, i also live in the country, where crap bumper lanes are the name of the game, and it dont bother me.
cost me £200-215 delivered, fitting was about £130-140, including torsion bar to match. -
#7I have the 60mm psx kit which is adjustable so you can change how hard or soft the ride is. i like the Spax kit, seems good to me. I paid £175 delivered direct from Spax

#8how easy is it to adjust?
-
#9easy peasy, comes with a turny knob thing for the front, and you just need a flat blade screwdriver for the rear.
takes like 2 mins. -
#10wicked. i wonder how much a kit for mine is. wheres best place to look?
-
#11just search the net mate.
potn if they got, but they aren't the best if you go buy what people on here say about them.
tho i had no problems with them myself, for most of my orders anyway. -
#12I got mine from POTN too it took ages to arrive but did get a free upgrade to the PSX adjustables and only paid £150
-
#13I'm on the full PSX 40mm kit and really recommend it... It's great on handling and its a comfy ride too...
EDIT: Never tried to adjust it though.... -
#14I got mine through Spax themselves, the kit I orignally wanted wasn't in stock so they gave me the adjustable one for the same price. As Jeeves said you get like a cap top (almost looks like something off a gas bottle) and that goes onto the top strut and just screws, says which way to adjust so very simple

#15Is it worth going adjustable over non adjustable for just normal road driving? I think 30/40mm would be good for my car and style of driving
EDIT found these...this suitable (non adjustable) http://www.potn.co.uk/p1322445.htm -
#16its worth going adjustable mate for those times when you just want a tight little go-kart, its easy to adjust for weekends and so can have it soft for the weekdays if you wanted to, defo adjustable mate

#17I've got the 40mm kit on mine, good peice of kit. Handles well and isn't too harsh over the bumps either.
