Is it ok to just put on the springs with the old absorbers. and would i have to lower torsoin bar or just put on the springs on the back? gettin really confused because everone seems to be mentionin torsoin bar

You have a torsion bar not springs at the back so that will need lowering yes. You can use springs with the standard shocks but it will reduce ride quality and the life of the shocks.

is it an easy enough job lowering the torsion or is it time consumin? and how much is it for decent springs and shocks? or do they come as a kit? thanks mate

Springs are about £50-£90 depending on what you get..

You will pay about £60 maybe more for someone to lower the back for you..

springs are relatively easy from what i've heard but torsions bars are best left to a mechanic i think.

Mine was £80 for lowering the whole car. I got the springs in myself from Koni but I don't rate them so I have changed to a spax full sus kit (60mm). That was £175, well worth the money imo
