Supersprint or Piper

    Supersprint or Piper manifold for a VTS?

    I read you dont have to move the EGR valve with a Piper, is this so for supersprint?

    Dont have to move it neither for the supersprint

    No mention of the BTB manifold here?????

    what spec is your engine.. that would roughly determine whether you go for a 4-1 piper or a 4-2-1 supersprint.

    Non would require moving the EGR valve.

    straight through Supersprint tube, piper 3" backbox ~

    id say go for the piper/gmc 4-1 mate, its best for the VTS imo

    I'd say the supersprint 4-2-1 and his car is in road tune. All a case of personal opinion at the end of the day though

    so ideally, say to day driving im a notice a 4-2-1 more, but if taking it up to the higher revs i should notice a 4-1 more in that department..

    VTS right?

    High Revving engine? Do you rev it hard to get it to move?

    sometimes its better to get gains lower than just peak power. sometimes that makes it a faster engine.

    Difficult to generalise that just because its a 16v engine a 4-1 will be better. Supersprint would say otherwise for sure

    Ive got a piper 4-1. Looks great, fits perfect and the performance gains were pretty good too!
