What do I need to run this profile of cam shaft.
Are they a worthy improvement over the 708's and/or the 808's.

solid lifters i think i read about before...
Go look in vtr130 's progress thread,
he's getting these put in his VTS atm i think?

think the 809s will only be worth running if your going down the TB route aswell mate
