Cost Of Radiator And Fitting

   Hi, any idea what the cost of a new radiator coolant and fitting by garage services will cost, I have a 1.5 Diesel

   new Rad is generally about £60, for petrol anyway, can't see diesel being much different. Then fitting etc depends who you know. Cost me nothing

   Thanks for that, I have been quoted between £200.00 by Citroen main dealer and 135.00 by garage near me

   i changed one on a land rover discovery in about an hour with no idea what to do. its eady mate as all cars radiator setups are pretty much the same,
   
   just remove old one ( find bolts and screws etc) diconnect pipes.
   
   connect pipes to new on ( use rubber grease to seal properly or itl leak)
   
   refit new and fill up matey with anti freeze and water.

   £200! That’s silly money! Just buy one from ebay (£54 delivered) and fit it yourself! Will take about 20mins max! There’s a guide on here on how to bleed the system once it’s fitted! If you come to Durham I’ll do it for a lot less than £135!

   think i paid 50quid for my nissens one, didnt take long to sort... just a couple of pipes...

   fit it yourself very easy ten min job, bleeding it is easy as well
