lowering my vtr on 16" 40mm

   i think if i mind correctly if you use 35 or 40 series tyres you will be ok. best do a search mate its been covered loads of times

   if you have 40 profile you'll be fine
   
   can go down up to 60 on 40 profile with 16's iirc

   I am currently waiting to lower my car 40mm on 45 profile tyres and if i have rubbing i shall get arch work done as it is cheaper to do than buy all new tyres

   Mine is lowered around 50mm on 16" alloys, with a 40 profile tyre. No rubbing at all.

   mines lowerd 60mm on 195/45/16`s only scrubs when turning on full lock . only thing i done was cut a bit of the plastics out under the arches but not a lot..... i also tend not to get many people in the back!
