Big Wheels

What i want to know is why does everyone insist on following suit with 'bigger is better'? i say forget spendin the extra money on 17's n stick with 15's n slam it to the floor...

...which leads me on to my next point, why Jap styling? go with little wheels, smooth body...EURO. after all we are in europe n hardly anyone seems to do the 'euro' styling thing.

Id kick the person who started this jap craze for being such an idiot

euro style , is the way forward !

    Thank you...found someone who agrees!

In my opinion too many people have got big wheels and sharp bumpers, too many = tacky!

Before long 17-18 wheels and jap bodykits will be on the same shelf as window washer neons and air horns!!

sorry to see the scene swing that way . but it will ,

what people need to understand is that less is more .

individual touche's are what make a car , that is why

the euro look is spot on .

I totally agree with above comments. Subtle mods coupled with decent sized wheels and slammed is the way to go.

the best thing about the euro look is , it incorporate's

the origional line's of the car .

I think the Euro look is shite! Small wheels just don't do it for me. Obviously if I was out on a track I would go for small wheels, but for every day use I prefer the look of my 17".

I prefer the look of bigger wheels without doubt, only got 16's on atm, dont wanna lose any more acceleration.

Japstyle looks aggressive and i'm fond of the look, they can look good amazing if right although I dont like the chav Veilside & flycatchers on Corsa's etc.

if done properly then im all for it , but im useing the

euro look as an example of that . so no need to slate

it . each to there own though

So you love saxo's but like the jap style? why didnt you just buy a jap car then??
  11. #11
I think my next car will be a Jap car!
  12. #12
    Suzuki Swift GTI
  13. #13
I bought the car for a number of reasons, would much rather of prefered a Japanese Car as to a French one, as would anyone with half a brain cell.

For what I was looking @ (speed/looks/cheap Insurance) the saxo met em all.

and u cant exactly call a Suzuki Swift Japstyle, thats a little stereo-typical.
  14. #14
    stereo-typical?

I just picked a car thats similar to a saxo, small, light weight, nippy...JAPANESE!

I used to have a swift gti n i think they are awesome little cars, piss ova most saxos with the exception of the vts.

And you asy u were lukin for a car that had good scores for 'speed/looks/cheap Insurance' surely the swift meets those?? it cud only really fall short on luks (coz that wud be personal preference) so why not Honda?? maybe u shud av luked a bit harder before settling for second best

Just dont agree wit people spoiling the lines of the saxo by adding harsh bu,pers onto it, expecially the mk2's

    Euro look all the way.
Small wheels wil be bak in fashion very soon..!
  16. #16
Well if they do come back into fashion it will save us some money on the wheels/tyres and arch mods anyway! LoL!!!
