had a problem with my 98 1.4 exclusive the other day the fan kicked in then the engine started over revving anyhows went thru the forums and it seemed the problem may have been the coolant temp sensor,i took it to garage 2 days later for a diagnostic as i pulled up it rectified itself?they ran a diagnostic on it & they found nothing wrong ,the only thing that they found was a pipe connector coming of the injection housin that was sucking in air they tried puttin a blankin cap over it put it kept stallin the engine,was just wondering if any1 out there no,s if there is suppose to be a pipe or blanking cap over it,someone did suggest that there was something there and the ecu has reset itself thats why nothing came up on the diagnostic ?any help wud be appreciated.
