17s Not Lowered

    Hey Guyz im about to buy 17s mvk2 alloys! would like to see how 17s look on the vtr without being lowered!:-)

    does the car look like a dune buggy hehe? or could i leave it at its height

    Ummm...... 17's on standard suspension would be just the job for Farmer Giles. Seriously, even 16's on standard suspension looks 4x4. Gotta be lowered.

    Mine looked alot higher then that on 16's standard height !!

    Yer I guess ill have 2! i just got a good quote for alloys mvk2 for £450 springs are 110 pounds with lowering by the same people!?

    what do u guyz think?

    Don't think i'm doing too bad since my job is on a month 2 month basis and i can't throw 300 squid about for lowering. Gotta save up my money so i can actually pay for the car if i lose my job.

    Sorry mate I wasn't talking to you, I was talking to BlueStone. Basically I was saying he will need to lower his car when he gets 17"s for it to look right. Your car's looking good too mate, it'll look proper bo when it gets lowered!

    hehe, that's ok then, i agree that bigger wheels do look a bit out of place with standard suspension but it's a lot of money ure talking about to get them both sorted at the same time.

    £700 for the wheels and around £300 for kit and fitting.

    'tis a grand all in but i suppose it depends on what ure buyin.

    That sounds Good 2 me! yer im finding it really hard to save up actually! always keep spendin shit on my car! just got a rage back box today! just woke up and thought! thats it im gettin a back box lol! went and got 1! its not that loud tho but thats good i guess!

    Just Springs! but im lookin at 40mm... has any 1 got pics of a vtr not lowered on 17s? wanna c how bad it looks not lowered... cant afford to get my car lowered at the moment! lol
