respray?

   how much would it cost me to get my car resprayed? i'll be going the same colour as i love it (the really bright green found on the early mk1 1.0) but the paint has got faded and really needs some work done to it. cheers

   if you know what to do and have the correct stuff to do it, do it your self. If not get it do professionally .

   hahaha but how much would it cost? the paint is 10years old and faded and looks crap so i'm thinking about respray but no idea of cost.

   For a full respray you pay for what you get really.You will be looking around 1500-2000 for a good job.Are you sure you need a respray as you could get it bright again with a machine polish?

   with all the dints i'v had 2 fill and spray over yea it needs it. its delocked and the boot handle smoothed in so it really should be resprayed properly. unless a machine polish can blend it all in and make it all shiny again?
