The problems of lowering a Saxo

    So ive just bought my VTS and obviously its time to lower it. Ive decided to go 50mm front/ 60mm rear but was just wondering if people have encountered any problems? i hear bad tales of drive shaft problems? my corsa gsi is lowered 70mm front/ 100mm rear and has been spot on ever since but wot are saxo's like? any feedback welcome. cheers lads

    saxo's should fine if there lowered in the correct way on the torsion bar. what springs you going for? are you buying shock absorbers?

    yes of of course. going for spax or bilstens and custom springs

    slammed isnt good unless you enjoy bump steer.

    if rear end is lowered by notches expect a fucked beam eventually

    im not slamming. 50mm is fine which i wouldnt consider slammed at all. im not lowering by notches coz thats gay.

    I take it thats notches instead of splines??? whats the difference mate??

    mins is lowerd 90mm been fine up to now
