Seat Covers...

I know I know....i hear what ya saying....seat covers are for chavs...but lets just face it we're not all made of money and forking out for a full retrim hits you where it realy hurts....
Did anyone see that feature in max power a few months back....the two Blue Vtr's....they went head to head in all aspects to see whos car was top of the pile....
One car had a full retrim and the other had fitted seat covers with embroidered emblems.....(VTR)
Anyone know the best fitting covers?
    Where there from?
    What they cost?
My vtr is two tone silver/grey....I want a sweet matching interior....

lol i used to have seat covers about 2 years ago, just saying last night how laughable they were. The thing is you have your seat covers in whatever colour then you have your doorcards in the standard trim.

i agree not every one can aford retrims but to get half decent ones you still have to fork out and they never fit a seat perfect unless you get them taylor made but then tour back to square one and the emblems add to that

Has know1 seen that issue then?
The covers fit really nicely and they cost less than £50.. i decent retrim cost Hundreds of squids!!!!
Door trims are easy enough to retrim....its the seats....
So everyones laughing at seat covers ey....
well....does anyone else have a comment...

I like the lil tele/monitore in your motor...how much did that set you back?
Anyone know anything bout putting tele's in the headrests.....yeah westcoast customs...thought so
  15. #15
    got that monitor for £60.
not in there anymore.. took that and the Xbox out as they drained loads of power from the battery and also used up space I just didnt have.

    How come so cheap?
Thats a bargain for a monitor...was it crap or good?
Is it possible to get a gauge to tell you how much power is left on ya battery....
I used to run mine flat with my old sound system and my new ones even bigger....bugger...
I think a gauge is an invention there still trying to invent....
  17. #17
voltmeters are available now.. in gauge form.

What attatch a voltmeter and it tells me how much battery power left in the battery?
    that would be sound?
    where can i get one?
    i want one
  19. #19
it tells you what voltage is running from the battery it doest tell you how much power it has left
  20. #20
Why dont you save your cash, dont buy the monitor or the gauges...get your interior trimmed!
  21. #21
just buy some bucket seats/recliners and do the other seats when you have some spare cash, u dont HAVE to rush around and do stuff straight away, unless you are on a deadline for a show or whatever. if u just rush the car sure it will look good quicker, BUT you lose interest when its all finished and will want to sell up and move on instead of enjoying the car that u have spent your hard earned on?
