   does anyone know a way to smooth over a mk2 boot, without having to get door poppers? really wana do but don;t really wana be forkin out for a clifford.

   you dont need an alarm, you can have an interior switch for the popper.
   
   or you could something like this and wire the popper up to it, it's what i have doene

   think u can get poppers off ebay mate! so clifford aint the only option!

   if ur de-wipered then u can use the rear wiper switch to control the popper!

   All you need is a solenoid in the boot and switch on the dash.
   
   Job done.
