powerflow exhaust systems. advice?

   are they any good? ive heard good things but also a few about they rust easily? any advice/experience? please share. ta

   I wouldnt bother mate as they are not very good power gains.

   Well iv only got the back box on atm and its obviously better than the standard. As far as rusting goes they are stainless steel and I haven't seen any rust on mine! I would say that powerflow are good but that's my opinion.

   my mate a had a powerflow on his fiesta at one point, seemed ok, his was really stupidly loud though so if thats what you want then get one lol, no good for performance though.
   
   Get like a supersprint centre section (that decats) and backbox off kam racing mate! and manifold too if you can stretch the notes....will be worth the stretching!

   Yeah as above good for noise not for power gains plus you can have something different from the norm mate if you do choose powerflow( within reason that is!!)

   I agree with the above.
   
   If your after sounds/looks etc... then go for it, have a Powerflow, otherwise look for an 'off the shelf kit' EG Magnex (do a search, loadsa info on here)

   there are a lot of off the shelf exhausts that look as good and perform better. Check out Piper offerings / magnex etc
   
   Personally I go for performance and sod the looks of the thing. The performance ones usu sound pretty good too. Tuned rather than boomy

   i would prefer a piper, supersprint or a magnex to a powerflow.

    Cheers everyone for you're advice. Ive decided im going for a custom system. My mate had one done on his corsa at MIJ in walsall. Fully custom to ur spec that includes gains/sound/looks everything. Just got a quote for £200

    i didnt say u can choose them, i meant they tell you the gain depending on bore size ect. fokin tit.
