rocker cover gasket question.

   if i remove the rocker cover will the original gasket be ok or is it likely to crack?

   it should be ok mate if you take it off carefully.

   On the vts it doesnt have a gasket as such.It has a rubber sill,if your careful it will be fine.

   I would change it nonetheless. You only need a small tube of gasket sealant which would cost a couple a couple of quid. Better to get it done and save any future woes.
