Good old decat pipe.

   We all know that this thing will make my sax's louder and a bit more powerfull, but will fail the M.O.T if i was to get pulled by the pigs can i get fucked for having it on?
   
   Also i wanna put my one on but do it myself can anyone tell me how to do it..

   will fail an mot with it on yes...
   Very observant police officers (traffic officers) may notice it to have one on, but is very unlikely.
   
   Fitting is an easy 15 min job. 2 bolts, nuts and spring cup on the manifold end.. 2 bolts and nuts on middle section end
   
   (all assuming your CAT is under the car and not in the manifold)

   i know about the two bolts on the manifold end but theres no bolts on the middle section just a U bolt. is that the same?

   sorry yes, thats what I meant.. a U bolt (exhaust clamp) then the two pipes are kind of pushed into each other, just have to pull the apart.

   it is not illegal to have no catalytic converter fitted, it is illegal to fail an emissions test, the police cannot do anything but give you an mot producer if they notice you have no cat
