what do i have to do to sort out my shity looking door cards? can i buy something to cover them or do i have to get someone to do them. cheers

What exactly do you mean?

Your interior door cards? What dont you like about them? After a speaker pod? retrim the fabric?

Easy Peasy...make a circle the correct size for your speakers (out of wood), attach it to your original door card using small wooden pillers, cover it all in lycra then cover the lycra in fibreglass! finish off wit sum filler and then u can either spray or trim the finished thing.

Does this mean sacificing some of the crap tray....maybe cut into the crap tray and mount speaker into the tray?
Its the sticking to the doorcards thats tough....do you guys all prefer old fashioned screws....is that best?
I may consider more speakers if my systems too bassy after completion....

No, wot id do (wot i have done) is just make the speaker pods out of wood and attach them to the original door cards usin wooden pillars. stretch the lycra ova the pods and to the edge of the original door cards. that way the fibreglass will just cover the door cards but leave the original in tact underneath.

Gets pics of mine for you soon, got 2 tweeters, a 4", 5" and 6" component in each door...plus a 7" monitor so it can easily be done

what about retrimming door pannels? is there an easy way? if not what places do it?

there is a guide on here for premium memebers, on how to retrim cards, isnt to hard to do (not speaking from experience , but have seen lots) but you just have to be patient while doing it.

wot youve attatched all that stuff to your door cards without effecting the doorcards...they must vibrate like a fucker....im comfused...i gotta see pictures.
