Is it an absolute bitch of a job?
How many people do you need?
Whos pleased with their home job?
Anyone got any pictures....any advice on which makes of film are best.....
What does it cost to get done professionally...

Me and my mate tried doing his windows before...didnt work out, it was tricky! Ended up wasting all the film he bought and got no where, maybe we just needed more patience.

Got mine done profesionally, fink it cost about £30 a window. Had no problems with mine and im sure if there was a mistake made if you took it bak they would have to sort it.

Wot bout the rear window....is that removable...
i understand the rear windows can be removed (how help!)
Is that an easy job to remove them?
The with the rear window get your buddies to hold the film and work from the centre out with a credit card?
Can anybody give me a rough step by step guide?

Rear window can only be removed by cutting the silicone seal with a stanley blade.
I did my rear quarter windows and some1 helped me.
Did look ok when first had the done , but started to bubble and looked poor ! So had them pro done now.. with a lifetime guarantee!

Ive gotta get them sorted to hide the sound system...
What sort of tints are best...film?
How much should i expect to pay for a light smoke...

expect to pay between £150 to £250 for a full job...

i used to work for a place that did tinting. If you havent done it b 4 get it done by an expert you will probably save money with the amount of film you will waste and getting the front windows in is a bitch with the little white clips on the glass.

where are you al?
where did you get yours done?
I wanna get it sorted before putting in my install....else some thieving chav will spot it and hav it away.......bastards
