servicing a ph2 vtr

right guys i would like to attempt to service my vtr,i'm not mechanically minded so any pics and step by step guides would me most welcome(rep)

its a 52-plate vtr 49k miles so its no a major service a think,i would love to be able to do this myself first of all for self satisfaction and saves paying thye dealers all that cash in labour.

oh can you tell me all the things i would need for the service

again many thanks and rep will be given.

for a service you need to know what you are doin lol get it done by a garage cos then it will have service history in the book

i'm no to worried about service history as i'm keeping it until all the panels fall off lol,i'm getting a new car next year so the vtr will just be for travelling to and from work.

Oil, oil filter, air filter, spark plugs are the bits for a small service!
Check brake pads, & discs front & rear, coolant level, brake fluid level.

Get the proper haynes book as its very helpful!

try eurocarparts or gsf for parts or local motorfactor/halfords!

Hold the left hand knob button on the dash for 10 - 15 secs with the car off not with the ignition on. Then after that start the car with the button held then it should countdown from 10, keep holding it till zero and it should reset
