what are peoples opinions on this kit first of all?
does the kit lower the back or does the torsion bar have to altered too?
If so how much does it usually cost?
Is 50mm too low? My mates vtr is down 25-30mm and looks great.

the shocks themself will not lower the rear if that is what you are asking, you will need to get the torsion bar lowered aswell, the shocks are simply designed to work better at lower ride heights and will reduce the amount of movement on bumpy roads and will increase grip-ability around corners.

    hope that helps

edit - as for ride height on the rear, it doesnt really make a lot of difference to handling on smooth roads, James_Bristol is down 70-80mm on bilstein shocks and its the best handling saxo i know...

usually looks better to get the rear lowered to match the front and as that kit includes Sportline springs, that will be 45-50mm :d

cheers, i think il just go for the eibach pro kit and get the torsion bar done to suit.

fair doos mate, i went for the sportline springs, lowered my car 50mm.
getting some bilsteins for the back soon to make it grip a bit better, awesome as it is tbh...

    Get the Bilsteins..

My car lowered 60mm on the front and 70 ish on the back handles amazingly..

Even on bumpy roads, it doesnt get twitchy at all..

Im in the same situation as you mate with the kam racing Blistein Kit, i will be purchasing it shortly. The people i have spoken to who have had it lowered 25-35 mm wish they had gone lower e.g 40-60mm so i would def go for around 40-50!

I originally had -40mm springs with the kit and it was like std ride height!

So i got -60mm springs and thats how it now sits..^^^^
