anyone use an uprated clutch of any sort. I am looking into purchasing one soon as me release bearing is noisy and i mat aswell replace the clutch while i have the box out.

tbh, i dont think many will recommend an uprated clutch.
think its best to go for an oem valeo one.

its not just about power but strain on the transmission. If your car frequents the local dragstrip or macD's traffic light GP then something with a bit more bite will be of use. You want an organic clutch rather than a paddle clutch as these dont like standard clutch plates.
