    should have the seats back in within the hour mate, really easy to do
    
    with mine i took ages as i changed over the plastics from my seat to the gti ones as they were a bit scratched, and also cleaned them and de furred them with shears and bic razors lol

    very easy to take out mate, t40 torx screw, 4 bolts, replace them if you have a vtr you'll need to dig out some brackets for the rear splits to hold them in place

    ive got the part numbers mate
    
    if you dont get the brackets with the car then you will need
    
    2 x 8957G2 - £4.90 including VAT each
    
    1 x 8957G3 - £10.03 including VAT each
    
    so it should come to to under 20 quid with VAT

    i got mine from peugeot though, although that info i gave was from the citroen parts catalogue
