    where could i get a cheap & quality set!

    looked through craigsplates, the plateman, europl8 and ebay of course, but for a set your talking £30ish+

    any ideas people?

    So black + white plates are illegal or heavily frowned upon?

    French are illegal even though saxo's are french?

    illegal? just want black and white/silver ones but how could they tell yours didnt come with them

    Slap on the wrist and make you change them or fines etc?

    the only legal number plates, are standard mot plates! with 70mm in height and standard mot font!

    they are illegal french plates are my mate got a fine for having them on his car where i live.

    i got a £30 fine only coz i was going round the roundabout to fast but he could not do me for it so he done me for my plates

    I thought they were only illegal on newer cars? Can't remember the date but i think its something like <1999 and they are ok! Not sure though!

    I thought if you had a GB and not a F they were legal? Didn't Baz have to change his to GB to make them legal?...

    Go to Craigs plates..

    Use all the same presses etc as the real european plate makers so they are nice and reflective etc..

    nope there proper citroen ones mate, got them free when i bought the car along worth some other stuff also its YOU that has the same mudflaps as me lol

    i got mine from europl8 on ebay, £25.50 inc post and came within 2 days




    although they are the NEW enhanced reflective one's, with GB, still illegal as they have no post code. pre 2000 cars dont need the postcode as long as the plates were fitted pre 2001
