ryte guys, 1stly jus a quick hi im chris and im new to this website.
right i have a 2001 saxo furio 1.4 8v
i want to put a bigger lump in it but i really dont want to go through the hassle of changing my wiring loom if i can help it.
obviously id like a vts lump to go in, but would this fit on my wiring loom?also if i get the ecu with the lump im assuming this wil have to be unlocked to use in my car?
if i used a vts wiring loom, would the ecu still need to be unlocked?
or if i settled for a vtr silver top engine as iv been told this will fit on my wiring loom, could i then do a vts conversion on it? as i have a nice new mini cooper s turbo and a nice new mini cooper s supercharger in my garage 1 of which i would eventually like to put on. i know my beamers and minis but citroens are backwards to me atm! any help would be ace cheers lads
