    1. I have some DTM mirrors.
Firstly want to get rid of the seems?
Then the best way to spray them?
    2. I am looking to make my own speaker pods for the front like preds. would the fibreglass kit from halfords be ok?
Step by step guide with products used for it would be nice if any one has one?
And best place to put tweeters, so i can make the pods ready for them aswell?

    rep will given

Chances are the fibreglas kit will do the job fine

The dtm mirrors, possibly best to use some fibreglass to fill the gaps and then filler over. But, it may crack due to vibrations from the door shutting. I'd say get a quote from the pro's, they shouldn't charge to much and it will be a good job

You could buy the fiber glass kit or just buy a tub of fibre glass filler

and i wouldn't get the fibre glass from halfrauds, i'd get it from a motor factors, it'll be loads cheaper for the same product

Any other ideas then? what fibreglass to use, step by step with pics, where to mount tweeters?
has anyone put them where on the interior mirror caps, but faceing towards you like a gauge?

would i be able to stretch some tights over the mdf rings and speaker vent so i get roughly the same shape each side and just spread the resin over. do the resin a couple of times and then use some filler? would that be good enough?

tbh they should be ok, just make sure they dont have big holes in an old t shirt will work too

resin it let it harden then layer up the fibreglass, the idea of fibreglass is to add strength, just the resin on some cloth wont do mate, kit 1 on that ebay may just do it, cant go wrong for 15 quid tbh
