sounds a good setup already actually mate.

the only way to get better performance from your brakes is big discs minimum! Grooved and drilled blah blah blah may feel a little better but really are not much.

As said bigger discs the only way to go. 206GTi/HDi, 206 GTi 180, 306 GTi-6, 307 above 1.4 models, and if you really want good anchors 406 coupe brembos. These are some caliper/disc options that are compatible with the saxo. The choice also depends on wheel size as the aformentioned discs range from 266mm to 305mm.

any idea if the 406 brembo calipers will fit the red dor grooved disks??? if no what size disks do i need??

4am just got in.... dam that sounds like hard work!

No they wont. On the coupe they were fitted to 305mm discs which need 16s to go over. They will however fit 285mm discs. So if you've got 15s or above you will be ok.

    mmm bigger brakes!
i agree the vtr standard brakes are pretty piss poor sumtimes and like locking up on the back be nice to think you could dump the vts abs system in any one ever attempted this or just not possible??

it is possible .. only via citroens I think..
As when VTR's came out of the factory , some customers had the option of having ABS installed.

no no no.... ABS is no fun! braking is braking! you should control it, not the dam computer!!! looking into the brembo option, its not cheap tho!!!
