I need

   for under a hundred quid..
   any ideas?

   enclosed filter and decat exhaust system will slighly increase it...
   
   other then that.. vtr convo or vts conversion...

   rip everything out you dont need get a upgraded filter element, and a decat pipe and it will make a difference you can feel do anything else and your just pissing in the wind with a 1.1

   Also buy an air filter

   sell the 1.1 and invest in a vts or a vtr....

   Haha I wish I had the money for a vtr/vts!
   Being at College, I dont earn alot!
   Was just looking for a cheap mod, but by the sound of it dont think there are really any!

   The only problem with a 1.1 is that you need to do quite alot before you get anything from it.
   
   Ideally you should just keep it tidy, look after it and don't rag it.
   
   Then when it comes to moving onto a new car you havn't lost loads money by putting on pointless bits to the car that make it off putting when it does come to selling.
   
   If you are desperate for more speed then take out the spare wheel, all panels, rear seats etc etc. They can be put back in and costs nothing but a bit of time. Improves all aspects of the car too, accel, braking & handling.
